Message	How could the bank and police know within "ten minutes" that a check drawn on a foreign bank was no good? It can take days for that stuff to clear. Only explanation is that the bank was already looking for that specific type of check. And what is the difference between his story and anyone who gets passed a bad check? Doesn't make sense, but then again, what does in this crazy world?
